Every body has a different story

And every session is designed to honor it.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, living with chronic pain, navigating stress, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, every session is tailored to what your body needs in that moment. The goal isn't simply relaxation—it's helping you move through life with greater ease, comfort, and confidence.

Treatment may focus on calming the nervous system, reducing pain and muscle tension, improving mobility, supporting recovery, or encouraging the body's natural healing processes. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, each appointment is thoughtfully customized based on how your body presents that day.

The body possesses an incredible innate wisdom. Healing cannot be forced, but it can be supported. Through skilled touch, careful listening, and a calm, supportive environment, each session allows your body to guide the process—creating space for lasting change, improved function, and a deeper sense of balance and well-being.

The Ember & Flow massage studio in South Denver operates out of a clean, inviting massage therapy room with natural lighting, a pride flag, and a comfortable massage therapy table draped in cozy sheets

“Julie is an amazing massage provider!

I feel totally comfortable with her and she is very kind and caring. I feel safe and welcome at the massage studio, it is a LGBTQIA+ space! I am at high risk for musculoskeletal injury from my work and she has been integral to my continued wellbeing. She provides excellent craniosacral therapy.... She really listens to your body and I always feel healed when I am done!”

Julie Rattelmueller (she/her)

I believe massage is more than pain relief—it's a way to reconnect with yourself.

For almost 20 years, I've combined therapeutic massage with intuition, presence, and a deep respect for the body's innate wisdom. Inspired by movement, nature, and a lifelong fascination with healing, I create sessions that are as unique as the people who receive them.

My hope is that every person who walks through my door leaves feeling lighter, more grounded, and more at home in their own body.
